An important aspect of yoga is being able to connect logical poses into a smooth routine using Inhales and Exhales. In fact, as your final for the unit, you will design and perform a smooth flowing and logical routine in front of the class connecting poses with Inhales and Exhales. To start the unit, you will learn two variations of Sun Salutation that demonstrate what a good yoga routine looks like. One version is what I call the “Warm-Up and Cool-Down Sun Salutation” and the other one I call the “Strength Sun Salutation.”
